| Twins

VBAC or HBAC
Birth World supports women that have had a previous c-section to help them to have a successful vaginal birth. Many women find the only chance they have at having a VBAC, vaginal birth after cesarean, or HBAC, home birth after cesarean, is to collaborate with an experienced midwife.

| Breech Birth
The midwives at Birth World are also very experienced in breech deliveries. Informed women are choosing to avoid a "mandatory" C-section for a breech baby and deciding to deliver vaginally with a midwife. A midwife does not consider a breech baby to be high-risk; instead, she considers a breech birth to be a variation of normal.
